UK Wealth Management House Opens East Anglia Office

London-headquartered Brewin Dolphin has merged its offices in Ipswich and Norwich to create an East Anglia base to drive business development in the region.

London-headquartered Brewin Dolphin has merged its offices in Ipswich and Norwich to create an East Anglia base to drive business development in the region.

The merged team, based in Ipswich, includes seven investment managers with an average of 20 years' industry experience. They will be led by former Ipswich boss Andrew Wheeler.

“The move marks the start of a new era for us in the region and we are confident that the teams will continue to grow and build on the successes of the past years,” said Wheeler in a statement.

Brewin Dolphin East Anglia will manage over £300 million of private client funds, providing services to pensions, ISAs, trusts and charities.

The consolidation comes after the firm closed up shop in Brighton last October, following branch closures in York, Chester and Truro earlier in the year.
