Rowan Dartington Names New Chief Risk Officer
Rowan Dartington is a wealth manager with a branch network across the UK and the Isle of Man.
Rowan
Dartington has appointed Marcus Adams as its chief risk
officer, a newly-created role.
Adams joins from Friends Provident International, where he was
international risk director. Prior to that, he was head of group
international audit for four years and established the group risk
function at Prudential, following the financial crisis of
2008.
His new role, based in Bristol, sees Adams join the company's
board.
“Fast growth also implies significant changes and Marcus’s
experience, with his proven capability in developing and
continuously improving risk management and internal audit
functions, will be key to our long-term success,” said executive
chairman Graham Coxell. “His international work will also prove
most valuable at a time when the firm is expanding its offshore
offering with Rowan Dartington International."
