The Liechtensteinische Landesbank board has nominated Dr Patrizia Holenstein and Peter Fanconi as new members for election by the general meeting of LLB shareholders on 3 May 2013.

Dr Holenstein is the founder and managing partner of Holenstein Attorneys-at-Law Ltd. Before starting her own firm, her experience included an LLM at the London School of Economics in 1989 and from 1989-1990 working in the banking department of law firm Clifford Chance, also in London.

Fanconi was a member of the group executive management and chief executive of private banking at Bank Vontobel  in Zurich from 2009-2012; he has previously also worked at Hartcourt Investment Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The election of the two will bring the number of board members at the majority state-owned Vaduz-based group back to seven.
