Edinburgh-based private equity firm Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust has invested £3.7 million ($5.8 million) in technology solutions provider Trustmarque Solutions.

Trustmarque, which recorded revenues in excess of £130 million in 2012, has been in operation for over 25 years and helps organisations license, deploy and manage technology solutions from a range of developers including Microsoft.

Public sector clients include the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Justice, HMEC, local authorities and NHS trusts throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
