Cayman Islands law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman has hired Elizabeth Denman, Callum Harper and Anton Goldstein as associates to the firm’s corporate team.

Ms Denman and Mr Harper have joined the Bermuda practice and Mr Goldstein has joined the firm’s British Virgin Islands practice.

Ms Denman specialises in mutual and hedge funds, partnerships and securities. Prior to joining Conyers, she was the leader of the funds group at local firm Mello Jones & Martin.

Mr Harper’s practice includes structured finance and corporate finance transactions. He joins from the securities and structured finance department of London-headquartered firm Ashurst.

Mr Goldstein’s practice includes private equity and hedge funds. He joins from the corporate department of New York-headquartered Sullivan & Cromwell.
