, an alternative investment management platform, has launched Azora Private Solutions, an offering aimed at private investors.

The rollout comes amid continued moves by investment houses to tap into the private wealth audience, as seen with the likes of KKR, Blackstone and Carlyle, among others.

Azora said it intends to double private capital under management to €4 billion ($4.8 billion) by 2030.

The Azora Private Solutions offering is a rebrand and extension of the firm’s existing platform for private investors in the US, Azora Exan, which runs about €2 billion of assets. The new initiative will be led by Juan José Zaragoza and Ignacio Gil-Casares, who have been leading Azora Exan's US business until now.

The Azora Exan business was established in December 2021.

Clients will be offered the opportunity to make direct investments in prime CORE and CORE+ assets, take part in joint ventures for larger assets, or invest through funds into portfolios and/or individual assets, Azora said in a statement yesterday.

Azora intends to invest in hiring more professionals for its existing team, expanding its investor base in Europe and Latin America and strengthening its presence for private investors in the Middle East.

The business was founded in 2003 by Concha Osácar and Fernando Gumuzio. It has offices in Madrid in Spain and Miami, Florida, and oversees more than €14.6 billion in assets across the "living," hospitality, logistics, office, and renewable energy sectors in Europe and the US.
