Wealth Management M&A Specialist Signs Major Deal

Millenium Associates, the independent mergers-and-acquisitions specialist, has signed a strategic alliance agreement with US-based Berkshire Capital Securities. Millenium, which was founded in Switzerland by Ray Soudah in 2000, said the deal will bring together both companies’ M&A expertise in seven financial centres around the world in the areas of private banking, wealth management, trust banking, retail and institutional asset management, alternative asset management and other sectors. Berkshire Capital is a registered broker-dealer in New York and was founded in 1983. It provides merger, acquisition, fairness opinion, valuation and strategic advisory services to the financial sector.
