Baring
Asset Management has launched an updated app, giving retail and professional investors
the latest fund prices and information. The
app - compatible with Apple, Android and BlackBerry devices - also provides investment views and fund manager interviews. Additionally, users
can select their location and language, while using the customised
function to bring up the funds in which they are interested and to select from
a range of currency options. Barings launched a BlackBerry-friendly version of its fund prices
app in June. The app allows investors to track Barings’ fund prices, covering a range
of Asia Pacific, EMEA, fixed income, global emerging markets, European and
multi-asset vehicles. It also permits users to filter funds by geographical and currency preferences, and provides information on individual funds, including charges and minimum investment requirements.
