The latest Citi Privilege Signature Card integrates more lifestyle brands into the offering, including 'buy one, get one free' perks at Wow Prime Group's nine restaurant chains, discounts at Vieshow premier cinemas, and cash rebates of NTD$100 for every NTD$1,000 (US$35) spent at 7Net stores, among others.

"With 200 Years Citi and Citibank Taiwan approaching its 50th birthday, we have focused on the trends of globalisation, digitisation and urbanisation to drive our growth and provide innovative products and services," said Victor Kuan, chairman of Citibank Taiwan.

The relaunched card follows a market survey conducted in the first half of 2011, which showed that people aged 25 to 60 years old can be categorised into 'new office workers' and 'DIY tech enthusiasts.' Citi Taiwan is focusing its efforts into capturing a larger share of these markets.
