US Real Estate Investment Firm Makes Two Senior Hires

investment firm, has hired Robert Scoville as managing director and head of asset
management, and Neil Harris as senior vice president of European asset management. Scoville most recently served as a managing director at Apollo Global Real Estate,
where he oversaw asset and portfolio management. He will be based in Greenwich, CT. Prior to that, Scoville held a similar position at Citi
Property Investors, the private equity real estate platform of Citigroup, which
was acquired by Apollo in 2010. Based in London, Harris will
oversee Starwood's European asset portfolio and report jointly to Scoville and
Jeffrey Dishner, senior managing director, and head of real estate acquisitions
and debt investments for Starwood in Europe. For the past four years, he has served as the European head
of asset management for Invesco Real Estate and previously was head of asset management
for GE Real Estate in the UK. Starwood Capital Group is a US-based investment firm which
focuses on global real estate. The firm currently has $29 billion of assets under
management and offices in Greenwich, CT, Atlanta, GA, San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, and Miami,
FL. It has affiliated offices in London, Luxembourg,
Paris, Frankfurt and Sao Paulo.
