ANZ Wealth, the Australian wealth management firm, has named Raelen Seales as head of advice delivery, the second senior appointment in recent weeks.  

Seales most recently served as general manager for advice services at MLC/NAB Wealth. Prior to that, she was head of products and marketing for the Asia region and head of distribution support for retail deposits and transactions at National Australia Bank. In her new role, she will establish and lead the advice delivery business of ANZ Wealth and report to Paul Barrett, the general manager for advice and distribution. She starts the role on 7 November 2011.

Her appointment follows on the recent hire of former BT Financial Group executive Don Sillar as head of sales, announced last month. Sillar used to be the head of broking services at E*Trade, a subsidiary of ANZ Wealth, and is scheduled to assume his new post on 24 October.

ANZ Wealth is made up of ANZ Private Bank, OnePath, E*Trade, investment lending and financial planning.
