Bank of America Hires Seven for US Trust

Bank of America has announced seven new appointments to its newly enlarged private wealth management unit, created after the $3.3 billion acquisition of US Trust in November. The firm has hired Stephen Grimm from Bank of New York Mellon to serve as portfolio manager. He will report to US Trust Division Investment Executive, Robert Pitti. Daniel McCutcheon, previously regional sales manager for Citigroup global wealth management group, joins as regional mortgage specialist. Based in Newport Beach, California, he will report to US Trust residential real estate executive Jan Reuter. Bank of America also tapped City National Bank to hire investment and trust consultant Paul Hoskin as private client manager in Costa Mesa, California. He will report to Brian Wineke, US Trust market executive for Orange County and the Inland Empire. Bank of America has also made appointments in its New York office. Roy Weydig, previously vice president responsible for the fiduciary real estate at Bank of New York Mellon, joins as a specialty asset regional manager. He will report to US Trust national senior specialty asset manager, Edgar Crowling. Stacy Linn, former Citigroup Private Bank vice president and senior mortgage specialist, joins as regional mortgage specialist. She will report to Ms Reuter. Jory Bard Zimmerman, formerly vice president responsible for fiduciary and tax services for high-net-worth family relationships at Bank of New York Mellon, joins as a trust officer. She will report to Laurence Edelman, the trust settlement executive for US Trust in New York. Finally, Bank of America named Heather Clark a private client manager in Sarasota, Florida. She previously worked at SunTrust Bank and will now report to Gerri Moll, US Trust market executive for Naples, Florida.
