Findlay Park Partners has appointed Rose Vangerven as CEO, taking over from Simon Pryke, who will become executive chairman.

From 2022 she has also been deputy chair of the Independent Investment Management Initiative (IIMI), which represents over 50 specialist investment boutiques.

Paul Gannon is deputy chief investment officer.
