Charles Stanley Adds Three New Hires

UK-listed Charles Stanley has bolstered its Birmingham office with three new hires to its financial planning division.

Nigel Goodhand joins from The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where he specialised in advising high net worth clients in investment planning and family protection. Before this, he worked for Bradford and Bingley and Laurentian Life.

Prithpal Saimbi joins the financial planning private client team as a senior paraplanner. He previously worked at Clay Rogers & Partners and before this he was at RSM Tenon.

They will be joined by Joe Fletcher, who is doing a year’s internship from Sheffield Hallam University, where he is reading International Finance and Economics.

Charles Stanley saw its revenue for the first three months to 30 June, the first quarter of its financial year, jump 31 per cent to £36.9 million ($56.8 million), compared to £28.2 million for the same period last year.
