Citi Private Bank Hires Trio Of Advisors In Singapore

Citi Private Bank has hired three senior investment counselors to its investment advisory and sales unit in Singapore to meet what it views as rising demand for specialised investment advisory services among ultra high net worth clients.
Goh Kwang Meng, who joins the bank as a director, was latterly at HSBC Private Bank in Singapore, where he advised clients in Greater China, Europe and non-resident Indians across all asset classes. He previously worked for UBS in Singapore advising clients in the Philippines and Indonesia on fixed income and structured products.
Goh Siew Leng, who also joins as a director, was most recently at Credit Suisse Private Bank in Singapore, where she advised Indonesian and Thai clients across all asset classes. Prior to that, she was with the Monetary Authority of Singapore for six years, where she served as a senior portfolio manager in fixed income.
Frances Lim, who joins as a vice president, was also latterly at Credit Suisse Private Bank in Singapore, where she was an investment counselor for seven years. Prior to that, she was an investment consultant for Taiwanese and Malaysian clients with the International Personal Banking unit of Citibank in Singapore.
In their new roles they will aim to provide clients with investment advice and execution capabilities across all asset classes and products areas including foreign exchange, equities, fixed income and managed investments. All three report to Manav Abrol, South Asia head of investment advisory and sales.
