London-listed finance group Collins Stewart has appointed Collette Wisener-Keating to its investment boutique, Collins Stewart Fund Management, to head up product development.

Ms Wisener-Keating will lead product development for the business, with responsibility for fund development, fund registration in new markets and fund operations. She previously held senior roles in product development for JPMorgan Asset Management and the European Islamic Investment Bank.

She will report to Neil Darke, head of Collins Stewart Fund Management.

“We are keen to grow Collins Stewart Fund Management as a multi-investment boutique with an owner-manager culture through both organic and inorganic means. One of our strategies will be to consolidate small, underperforming funds in our core competencies to build scale. Collette’s experience is an important step in this direction,” said Mr Darke. 

Collins Stewart manages over £400million ($800million), as at September 2008, across the equity, fixed interest, multi-asset and fund of hedge fund asset classes.
