Jupiter Asset Management
Jupiter Asset
Management has received a Capital Markets Services Licence
from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The licence allows
Jupiter to bring its global investment solutions and services to
an extended range of investors in Singapore, including retail
clients.
The fund manager said the MAS approval “marks a significant
expansion of Jupiter’s international remit” and is an “important
milestone for its offerings to clients in Asia – a priority
growth market for the firm.”
Jupiter has built a presence in Singapore and the wider region
for the past 15 years.
The increased retail reach to Singapore complements an existing
offering for retail investors in Hong Kong and its brand in the
UK, Jupiter said in a statement yesterday.
As part of the change, Sam Konrad, investment manager, Asian
equity income, will move to Singapore from London.
