Orangefield, the global provider of corporate and fund services, has appointed Anna Coutts Donald as director at its UK office.

The UK office was acquired in 2012.

Coutts Donald previously worked at Alter Domus where she set up and established its London office. Prior to that, she spent almost a decade at KPMG where she started her career in tax.

The firm offers full-service solutions to corporate and fund clients in all major jurisdictions. Offices are located in 19 countries in the Americas, Asia, Africa and Europe. Its origins date back to the late 1970s when ING Trust began offering its services in the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles.
