International Law Firm, Art Experts Partner For New Service

Gide Loyrette Nouel, an international law firm, is partnering with Alexandra Darraby of The Art Law Firm, a US-based institution, to help Russian wealthy individuals and companies enter art and culture markets in Europe, the US and Latin America.

The service offerings will include providing expertise on art law in Russia and internationally; asset management of intellectual property rights; corporate restructuring models for Russian companies in the US; market analysis for branding and licensing copyright, trademarks, digital rights assessment, and joint sponsorship agreements.

The partnership is a sign of how wealthy people in Russia, the Middle East, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region are increasingly important drivers of the international art and collectibles markets.

GLN will host a series of complimentary programmes, workshops and seminars for clients and friends of the firm, held at its offices in Moscow on November 15, and in St Petersburg on 17 November. Members of the firm and Alexandra Darraby and will be available for client consultations at the Moscow and St Petersburg offices from 14 to 18 November.
