New CEO and Singapore Office for GE Asset Management

GE Asset Management, part of the $200 billion General Electric conglomerate, has a new president and chief executive with the appointment of Jay Ireland. Mr Ireland succeeds Ronald Pressman, who has been named president and chief executive of GE Real Estate. His appointment comes after the news that GE Asset Management has opened a Singapore office to build on existing regional offices in Shanghai and Tokyo.
