The firm which has a two partner team will be integrated into the Pemberton Greenish company with immediate effect.
London-based Pemberton
Greenish, a real estate, private wealth and corporate
law firm, has merged with fellow London law firm
Brice
Droogleever & Co, in a bid to expand its transactions and
private client offering.
The two partner team will be integrated and fully operational
with immediate effect, Pemberton Greenish has said in a
statement.
Brice Droogleever partners Rosalind Paterson-Morgan and James
Brice will strengthen Pemberton Greenish’s expertise in high
value residential conveyancing and private client matters,
including trusts, wills and estate planning, investment, and
landlord and tenant work.
"The practice is a natural fit for Pemberton Greenish given the
synergy between our respective practice areas and client bases
and will further strengthen our market-leading real estate and
transactions offering to our clients," said Robert Barham,
head of conveyancing at Pemberton Greenish.
Pemberton Greenish has been in operation within London for over
200 years. Its clients include domestic and international private
individuals, real estate and entrepreneurial businesses, family
businesses and charitable foundations and trusts.
