Rothschild & Co's Wealth Arm Names Swiss Onshore Head
The appointment is designed to drive Rothschild & Co's client base in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Rothschild & Co’s wealth management business in Switzerland has
appointed Andreas Feller as head of Swiss Onshore, Zurich
and deputy head of private banking, Zurich.
Feller, who starts on 1 April, will report to Heinz Nesshold,
head of private banking, Zurich. He will oversee and develop all
Swiss onshore Teams in Zurich and support the continued growth
of Rothschild & Co’s client base in the German-speaking part
of Switzerland.
Feller has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry,
most recently as head of German-speaking Switzerland at Bank
Julius Baer in Zurich. Prior to this, he worked in various
capacities for Julius Baer including as head of private banking
Zurich, Eastern Switzerland and ultra-high net worth business for
Switzerland. He has also had experience in portfolio management,
advisory and investment solutions at Clariden Bank,
Zurich; he was head of wealth management solutions at Bank
Vontobel and later head of investment solutions and advisory at
Julius Baer, Rothschild &
Co said in a statement yesterday.

accelerating the growth of our business in Zurich. Andreas
brings a wealth of experience and a vast network that will help
us to achieve our goals and continue to grow our onshore
activities in Zurich considerably,” Laurent Gagnebin, CEO of
Rothschild & Co’s Wealth Management business in Switzerland,
said.
