Standard Life Wealth Names New CIO

Standard Life Wealth, the Edinburgh-headquartered discretionary investment manager, has promoted Eddy Reynolds to be its new chief investment officer.

Reynolds first joined the firm in May this year as head of investments, having previously been head of investments at Lloyds TSB Private Banking for three years.

In his new role Reynolds succeeds Brian Fleming, who is returning to his former post of head of multi-asset risk strategy within Standard Life Investments.

Back in June Standard Life Wealth appointed Ronnie Binnie as senior business development manager covering Scotland and northern England, bringing him in from the firm’s parent company, where he had worked as national account manager.
