European equity index provider STOXX has licensed the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Basic Resources, Dow Jones STOXX 600 Oil & Gas and Dow Jones STOXX 600 Utilities indices to ETF Securities. They will underlie three exchange-traded funds just listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Graham Tuckwell, chairman of ETF Securities, said: “The Dow Jones STOXX 600 Supersector indices give easy access to highly dynamic market sectors and provide market participants with exciting opportunities.”

The indices are among the 18 Supersector indices, which use the ICB - industry classification benchmark - to categorise companies according to their primary source of revenue.
