Two New Wealth Management Hires At Investec Private Bank

Investec Private Bank has strengthened its European wealth management team with the appointment of Jennifer Macintyre and Catherine Kirchmann as senior investment practitioners in London. The appointments reflect increased demand from private clients for its specialist wealth management services, the firm says.

Both will report to Kim Hillier and Rob Gottlieb, joint heads of the division.

Ms Kirchmann joins from Spencer House Capital Management where she was a marketing associate responsible for the firm’s business development. Prior to that, she was a portfolio director at GAM London. Her remit will be providing investment services to high net worth individuals with a focus on clients from South Africa, where the bank’s parent originates.

Ms Macintyre will focus on providing investment services to UK-based ultra high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Investec, she worked for Coutts & Co in London and Birmingham.
