US Multi-Family Office Names Nashville President

Florida-based GenSpring Family Offices has appointed David Neubert as the president of its Nashville, Tennessee family office.

Mr Neubert has over 17 years’ experience of advising ultra-high net worth private clients and their families on tax, estate planning and business succession planning matters, and is a long-standing advisor to HNW families in Nashville, GenSpring said in a statement.

In his new role as president of the Nashville family office, Mr Neubert will work alongside family investment officer Phoebe Venable - who joined the firm in June - and a team of private equity professionals led by Ted Mayden. Mr Neubert, along with John Morris, a partner at GenSpring, is charged with expanding the firm’s presence throughout Tennessee and the broader region.

In other recent hires, in June GenSpring appointed Bruce Paulson as a director with responsibility for leading the firm’s Midwest expansion from Minneapolis.

Mr Paulson joined GenSpring from US Trust Corporation, having previously spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen and several years at US Bank.
