Californian private bank City National Bank has appointed Richard Tribiano as a senior vice president and national sales manager in its wealth management services division. He joins from Merrill Lynch Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was national sales director for its private bank and investment group. Mr Tribiano will be responsible for new business development and will oversee a team of investment, trust, estate and financial planning professionals. He will be based at City National Centre in Beverly Hills and will report to Richard Byrd, executive vice president and director of wealth management services. City National Bank has 55 offices, including 12 full-service regional centres, in Southern California, the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. It has assets of more than $19 billion under management.
