Saigon Hanoi Bank, the Vietnamese bank, is launching its operations in Cambodia with a collaboration with Chennai-headquartered Polaris Financial Technology for its front and back office functions. 

The adoption of Polaris' Intellect Global Universal Banking suite is the company's second deal with the financial tech services provider. According to the bank, the Intellect suite will allow it to further integrate its traditional banking products, especially as this is the first time Saigon Hanoi Bank is expanding its business beyond Vietnam. 

The suite customised for SHB includes Intellect Core Banking Solution, Intellect Lending, Intellect Trade and Intellect Treasury.

Saigon Hanoi Bank is one of the largest banks in Vietnam with over 60 branches nationwide.
