Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Ocorian, Gen II Fund Services

The latest moves and appointments in wealth management in the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East and other select locations.
Ocorian
Ocorian, a provider of
fund administration, capital markets, corporate, trust and
regulatory and compliance services, has appointed Craig
Buick as chief financial officer as it grows its business.
He will be responsible for controllership, finance business partnership, business intelligence, group legal and M&A at the rapidly expanding global company.
Buick has more than 30 years’ experience in senior financial services roles around the world in fast growth companies. Prior to joining Ocorian, he was group CEO and group CFO at Cabot Credit Management. Other roles include senior positions at GE Capital in the UK, Italy, Europe and Asia. He started his career at PwC working in the UK, Indonesia, Australia and Russia.

Gen II Fund Services
After the acquisition of Crestbridge last month, Gen II Fund
Services has appointed Alex Le Quesne as head of real
assets – Europe.
In his new role, Le Quesne will be responsible for overseeing client service and the development of Gen II’s real assets service offering across its European jurisdictions.
Le Quesne has over 19 years’ industry experience. Before joining Gen II, he was head of governance services at Crestbridge and before that he led and developed the business's real asset funds team. Le Quesne has also been a director of a corporate trustee which acted for both regulated and unregulated property unit trusts, holding over £10 billion ($12.8 billion) assets in total.
‘It’s an exciting time for Gen II as we continue to expand our European footprint and bring our clients an increasing range of expert services,” Dean Hodcroft, head of Europe, said.
Gen II is a global fund administration provider, focused on serving private capital asset managers and investors.
