Baird Private Wealth Management Opens New Office In Northwest

Milwaukee-based Baird Private Wealth Management, has opened a new office in the US Bancorp Tower in Portland, Oregon. 

Financial advisors David Marshall, director, and Gavin Amato, vice president, have joined the firm at the new office. They are joined by Dan Buxton, registered client relationship specialist, and Jessica Roggenkamp, registered client relationship associate.

Prior to joining Baird, Marshall, Amato, Buxton and Roggenkamp worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and predecessor firms Smith Barney, Shearson Lehman Brothers and E F Hutton. Amato worked at Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith.

Baird has added nearly 200 financial advisors and branch managers to its private wealth management group since the beginning of 2009. Beyond adding talent, Baird has opened or announced plans to open wealth management offices in several new locations, including: Sioux City, Iowa; Fort Worth, Texas; Charleston, South Carolina; Sacramento, California; Lynchburg, Virginia; and Raleigh, North Carolina. The firm oversaw almost $63 billion in assets as of the end of 2010.
