Kozak Financial Advisors has reformed as BrightPath Wealth Planning, a fee-only wealth manager based in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, CA.

Pete Kozak founded Kozak Financial Advisors in 2004 and he has now teamed up with Jean-Luc Bourdon for the new venture. The duo previously developed a CPA-associated wealth management firm together.

BrightPath is part of the BAM Advisor Network.

Kozak is a member of the Ventura County Financial Planning Association board, as well as the Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council. Bourdon is on the PFS credential committee of the American Institute of CPAs.
