Cazenove Capital, Entrepreneurial Scotland Join Forces To Drive Business Growth

Cazenove Capital, the high net worth wealth management arm of investment manager Schroders in the UK, has just announced a new partnership which aims to support entrepreneurs and their business growth.

Cazenove Capital has announced that it is partnering with Entrepreneurial Scotland to bolster its commitment to growth and innovation in Scotland’s business sector.

Entrepreneurial Scotland is an independent charity with over 20 years’ experience helping individuals build the mindset and connections they need to accelerate growth and make an impact, the firm said in a statement.

As part of this partnership, Cazenove Capital will support business leaders through Entrepreneurial Scotland’s peer support programme entitled “The Exchange.” Designed to boost self-confidence, encourage critical thinking, and foster connections, The Exchange connects its members through peer groups and exclusive events. It also offers access to a network of Scotland’s influential business figures, such as Alan Jope (pictured), former CEO of Unilever, who shared his insights at a recent private dinner hosted by Cazenove Capital for Exchange members. The programme aims to help Scottish leaders deal with demanding situations, while building the network and connections they need to succeed.

With its team of experts who specialise in advising business owners and entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey, from start up to exit, Cazenove Capital is able to support Entrepreneurial Scotland’s network of over 100 ambitious Scottish leaders. Members will be able to access impartial free advice, one-to-one support and connections through the partnership, the firm continued.

“Our broad network includes many successful entrepreneurs who are keen to share their knowledge and experience. By facilitating connections among entrepreneurs, we aim to foster relationships that stimulate support and encourage shared success," Bob Hair (pictured), regional head of Scotland at Cazenove Capital, said.

"Scotland’s prosperity is dependent on developing entrepreneurial leaders who can help deliver growth and quality jobs in Scotland. We are delighted that Cazenove Capital has chosen to partner with us. Together we will continue to further support entrepreneurs and their business growth,” Sean McGrath (pictured), CEO of Entrepreneurial Scotland, added.
