Citi Private Bank In London Adds To Russia, East European Teams

Citi Private Bank in London has added to its Russian and Eastern European teams with a recruit from Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Monaco, this publication has learned.

Andrey Boykov has joined the Russia & CIS team as a private banker, reporting to Selim Elgen, team head for Central and Eastern Europe. In his previous job in Monaco, Boykov was an international financial advisor covering Russia, CIS and Central Europe.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2006, he held various positions at ACE European Group and Zurich Financial Services.

Meanwhile, Citi has also appointed Sarah Courtney, who previously worked for six years at JP Morgan and four years at Barclays Wealth, as a vice president.

Hadi Boulos has also joined the bank as a senior addition to the MENA Team. Hadi joins effective 10 January as a senior banker, focusing on Saudi Arabia.
 
He brings more than 14 years of investment and private banking experience and joins from Barclays Wealth in Geneva. Prior to joining Barclays, Boulos worked with Merrill Lynch for eight years both in the US and the UK.
