Citimark Partnership, Chawker & Co
Citimark Partnership, the advisor to private clients, trustees and corporates, has acquired the family office advisory firm, Chawker & Co; the firm will still keep its brand name, Citimark said in a statement. 

Chawker & Co, established in 2011, advises clients across public markets, private markets, credit, real estate and alternative investments. It was founded by Edward Goodchild who previously worked as an institutional fund manager, in institutional equity research sales and as a private banker. 

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

This acquisition of Chawker & Co forms part of Citimark Partnership’s continuing growth plans to expand its services, Citimark said.

Established in 1985, Citimark provides independent financial planning and investment services to private, trustee and corporate clients.
