Crowe UK, M-Files
Crowe UK, the audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, has implemented M-Files, a document management solution designed to increase digitising operations and foster more collaboration across its functions. 

The business chose M-Files last year to improve access to information and content by its staff regardless of location, while staying secure. The move was an example of how the pandemic, and wider technology trends, are driving the switch to digital working. 

“Moving away from file shares and utilising the inherent sophistication of a modern document management system was seen as a key element in our overall digital transformation initiative,” Ian Norman, national technology director, Crowe UK, said. “Despite implementing the solution right in the midst of the pandemic, M-Files was able to adapt with us and roll out a fully functioning system under lockdown conditions to more than a thousand people.”
