Asset Management
Four Big Names Team Up For UK IFA Tour

IFAs will be advised on investment choice at a roadshow hosted by London-based Thames River Capital, Threadneedle and Cofunds, along with South Africa-based, London-listed Investec Asset Management.
The events will take place at 12 venues across the UK, where intermediaries will receive advice from experienced fund managers on mixing investments and choosing platforms.
Peter Geikie-Cobb, co-manager of the Thames River Global Bond Fund, will present his outlook for global bonds. Alastair Mundy, manager of the Investec UK Special Situations Fund, will summarise the market, focusing on property; while Don Jordison, managing director of Threadneedle Property, will discuss the opportunities within the sector and signs of recovery.
Cofunds will discuss how to give clients a clear picture of their assets, and the transition from wealth accumulation to de-accumulation, as well as consolidation and managing suitability.
The events will run from 13-28 October, beginning in Exeter.
