Lazard Secures New UK Headquarters

The seven-storey building houses the financial advisory and asset management arms of the business.
US-listed Lazard, which
provides investment banking and private client wealth management,
has secured a new UK headquarters at 20 Manchester Square,
London.
The seven-storey building will house the financial advisory and
asset management businesses. Lazard, which has signed a 15-year
lease for the property with Invesco, beginning mid-2024,
expects to take occupancy by early 2025, following a programme of
renovations.
The 20 Manchester Square area extends to more than 78,500
square feet and is near the Wallace Collection, Marylebone
village, Regent’s Park and Bond Street underground and Elizabeth
line stations.
“This is an important investment for Lazard Asset Management in
London which will be of huge benefit to our clients and
colleagues,” Jeremy Taylor, chief executive of Lazard Asset
Management London, said.
