Lipper Adds Head UK, Ireland To Replace Moisson

Lipper, the fund research firm that is owned by Thomson Reuters, has appointed Jake Moeller as head of UK & Ireland research.

Lipper, the fund research firm that is owned by Thomson Reuters, has appointed Jake Moeller as head of UK & Ireland research.

Moeller succeeds Ed Moisson, a well-known industry figure, who left Lipper back in July of this year after 14 years at the firm.

Moeller, with more than 16 years’ experience as an expert in mutual fund research and selection, fund of funds portfolio management and asset allocation strategies, joins from Scottish Widows (Lloyds Banking Group), where he was a senior assessment manager for their internal and third party funds platforms. Previously, he headed up the internal fund of funds and research team at AIG Life (MetLifeAlico).

In his new role, Moeller will be responsible for the analysis of trends and developments in the UK and Irish fund market.
