Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Supports Eastern European Family Businesses

Family Business Network - International has launched a Bulgarian chapter with seven founding members and the support of Swiss private bank, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch. FBN-I is an international association of 1800 family businesses whose mission is to promote and foster their long-term success. The launch in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, is a response to the economic revival and renaissance of family businesses in Eastern Europe. In attendance were Olivier de Richoufftz, executive director of FBN-I, Thierry Lombard, senior partner of LODH and a member of the Board of FBN-I, Arnaud Leclercq, head of private client development in Eastern Countries at LODH, and Denise Kenyon-Rouvinez, author of a book on succession issues in family firms, "Who, Me?". "In whichever part of the world they operate, family businesses share the same values of longevity, excellence, responsibility and ethical conduct. Through our presence, which attests to our commitment to Eastern Europe, we are undertaking to assist Bulgarian family businesses in all aspects of their governance while helping them to rise to the twin challenges of continuity and innovation," said Mr Lombard.
