New Partner at Cayman Investment Manager

Henry Nevstad has joined Cayman-based Solutions for Wealth Capital Management, the parent company of Private Banking Index, as a partner and director. Based in London, will be involved in the roll out of the firm’s trading and sales offices in key strategic locations across Europe, Asia and the US. The firm is planning to hire a sales team to support the launch of its funds and its structured products arrangements with leading investment banks. Private Banking Index is a London-based company, set up in 2005, to launch the FTSE Private Banking Index together with FTSE International. More than 40 international private banks are currently contributing to the Index, representing more than $2.3 trillion of asset under management. Mr Nevstad was a managing director and head of Credit Flow Products and previously a managing director and global head of Structured Notes & Private Placements at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, and was a director and board member of International Index Company. S4W is a Cayman Islands investment manager specialising in investment products based on the proprietary indices developed and published by Private Banking Index. S4W is preparing to launch its first fund, a Diversified Beta fund tracking the performance of the FTSE Private Banking Index, and is working with several investment banks to offer derivatives and structured products based on the fund. The firm is also planning to launch later this year a Diversified Alpha fund linked to the FTSE Private Banking Index.
