Northwestern Bank Restructures, Announces Division Leaders

Northwestern-based Frontier Bank, which is a subsidiary of Frontier Financial Corp, has recently appointed four executives to the post of executive vice president to lead the bank under a new business plan.

Frontier Bank started the process earlier this year to diversify its loan portfolio and increase core deposits, with emphasis on consumer and business products. These products will be delivered through four divisions: commercial banking, retail banking, private client services and real estate.

Jim Liming will lead the commercial banking division. He has been with Frontier since 2003 when he opened the Seattle office of Frontier Bank.

Jeff Lewis will head up retail banking, and his career with the firm began in 2007. Lyle Ryan will lead the private client services division. He is a 40-year veteran of the banking industry, 30 of which he served in a variety of positions at Frontier Bank.

Dave Dorsey will head the real estate division and has been at the firm since 2001.

Frontier Financial Corporation is based in Washington, with 47 offices in the state and three in Oregon.
