The PrivateBank, Trustmark Select InvestEdge Wealth Platform

The PrivateBank and Trustmark Wealth Management have opted for InvestEdge's wealth management platform, which comprises web-based tools for portfolio management, performance measurement, client reporting, trade automation, and compliance monitoring for high net worth individuals.

InvestEdge was selected to optimize front-office productivity and "rigorously monitor assets under management and administration," said PrivateBank chief investment officer William Norris.

Doug Ralston, president of Trustmark's wealth management group, said that a key objective in opting for the InvestEdge platform was to “standardize investment processes and control risk.”

InvestEdge is now used by 52 investment firms which manage over 250,000 accounts, with assets of over $663 billion, according to the firm’s president and chief executive, Bob Stewart.

The PrivateBank is a part of PrivateBancorp, which, through its subsidiaries, delivers business and personal financial services to middle-market companies, as well as business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and families. The firm has 34 offices in 10 states, with $12.4 billion in assets as of 31 December 2011.

Trustmark Corporation has $9.7 billion in assets with operations in five states through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Trustmark National Bank and Somerville Bank & Trust Company, in addition to Trustmark National Bank's subsidiaries, which includes Trustmark Investment Advisors and Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance.
