New York-headquartered Tiedemann Wealth Management has added Daniel Sternberg to its board of managers.

Sternberg was a partner in the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton for 23 years, before retiring from this role at the end of last year. He remains senior counsel to the firm. He specializes in corporate issues, governance and transactions.

Tiedemann Wealth Management is a registered investment advisory firm that works with families, trusts, foundations and endowments. It currently has around 100 clients and advises on some $6.5 billion assets, with additional offices in Palm Beach, FL and Los Angeles, CA. It provides trust services through a Delaware trust company, Tiedemann Trust Company.
