Towry Law has acquired Baker Tilly Financial Services, an IFA wholly-owned by accountancy firm Baker Tilly, for an undisclosed sum, giving JS&P Towry Law an extra 41 advisors, bringing the total to around 200. According to JS&P Towry Law, Baker Tilly Financial Services is an ideal fit for Towry Law’s strategy, as it brings in good quality advisors who are used to dealing with professionals and high net worth clients. Towry Law has entered an exclusive agreement with Baker Tilly to receive all their future enquiries and referrals. A spokesman for the company said: “Our aim is to be the premier provider of wealth management services in the UK and to do this we need the right scale and quality of advisors.”
