This publication carries latest news of product and service offerings in the global wealth management industry.
Tavistock Wealth Limited, the investment management arm of UK-listed Tavistock Investments Group, has offered three new funds, taking its flagship ACUMEN Portfolio range to seven and giving clients new choices amid heightened geopolitical risk.
The funds are the ACUMEN Bond Portfolio (has a minimum fixed income exposure of 80 per cent, investing in government, corporate, inflation-linked and emerging market bonds); the ACUMEN Equity Portfolio has a minimum exposure of 80 per cent to developed market and emerging market equities), and ACUMEN Strategic Portfolio invests in a range of global asset classes, including equities, commodities, property and bonds).
The portfolios are baskets of exchange traded funds. Each of the firm’s funds typically hold 50 or more ETFs across nine asset classes and 98 countries, covering more than 18,500 underlying securities.
“We continuously assess our products to ensure that they protect investors in the face of political and economic uncertainties, such as those surrounding Brexit. We are now better able to mitigate risk with these additional funds and we have also increased the extent to which our overseas portfolio exposures are hedged back to sterling,” Brian Raven, chief executive, said.
