US-listed Interactive Data Corporation, which sells financial market data, analytics and related services, has announced that its real-time services business has launched PlusFeed SelectSM, a data-feed delivered via secure encryption technology.

PlusFeed Select is designed for organisations that may have limited real-time data requirements but still need to draw from a variety of market sources and asset classes including equities, foreign exchange, fixed income, commodities and derivatives to obtain this data.

PlusFeed Select is an extension of PlusFeedSM, Interactive Data’s consolidated datafeed that powers algorithmic and electronic trading applications. With PlusFeed Select, clients can leverage the real-time multi-asset class data capabilities of PlusFeed to extract a subset of data from more than 450 sources and exchanges worldwide, covering over 5 million financial instruments.
