US Trade Management Firm Omgeo Adds To Board Of Managers

Omgeo, a Boston-based provider of post-trade management services, has appointed Jonathan Beyman to its board of managers.

Mr Beyman joins Omgeo from Citigroup where he was managing director, global head of operations and technology. He will be replacing Naresh Kumar who has retired from his board position.

“Today’s market environment has underscored the importance of community. Close collaboration with counterparties, infrastructure and service providers is absolutely critical to the performance of the industry. By joining the Omgeo community by contributing to the board, I hope to both give and receive insight into how together we can all contribute to making the post-trade world as effective and free of risk as possible.” said Mr Beyman.

Omgeo provides post-trade services to more than 6,000 financial services clients in 46 countries and is jointly owned by the Depositary Trust & Clearing Corporation and Thomson Reuters.
