S&T Bank, a financial institution with branches across Pennsylvania, has made three key executive appointments.

Clifford McBroom has been named senior vice president, S&T Financial Services. In his new role, he will provide personal financial planning and consulting services to both individuals and corporations.

David Finui has been named vice president and director of business development. In this role, he will be responsible for the oversight and management of sales and service strategies for S&T wealth management group and S&T Financial Services. He previously served as senior vice president, senior wealth management officer and chief retail officer of Irwin Bank.

DeeJay Bonson has been named vice president and financial advisor for S&T Financial Services. She assists clients with cash flow analysis, risk management, education funding, retirement planning, minimising taxes, estate planning and professional money management.

Prior to joining S&T Financial Services, she worked as an independent financial advisor with Pennsylvania Financial Consultants.
