Luma Financial Technologies, a multi-issuer structured products and annuities platform based in the US, has brought Paris-based investment advisory firm LS Advisors to its platform. 

LS, founded in in 2006, offers bespoke structured product solutions to independent wealth managers in France, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Luma, founded in 2011, recently added structured product issuer Marex Financial Products to its platform.

The Luma platform is used by broker/dealer firms, RIA offices and private banks to automate and optimise the full process cycle for offering and transacting in market-linked investments. The business is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and has other offices in New York and Zurich.
