Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Quilter Cheviot, Allspring, Others

The latest senior moves in wealth and asset management from across Europe and the UK.

Quilter Cheviot
Quilter Cheviot has hired an investment manager and two business development managers for its London office. Kevin Adams is joining as an investment manager from WH Ireland where he worked for more than 23 years. Reporting to investment director Mats Arthursson, he will be responsible for managing client portfolios, working alongside former colleagues James Hughes and Lawrence Cotton who joined Quilter Cheviot in 2019.

Paul Keogh and Mark Henderson have been appointed as business development managers. Keogh is joining  from Royal London Asset Management. Based in London, he will cover the East of England. Henderson, who is joining from VitalityInvest, will be responsible for sales in London.

They will both report to head of distribution for Quilter Cheviot, David Butler, and will focus on building relationships with financial advisors and their clients. They will also promote Quilter Cheviot’s discretionary wealth management service.

“We are delighted to be reinforcing our presence in London and East of England with this triple hire as we look to drive growth in 2022 and beyond. We continue to see really strong demand for discretionary wealth management from financial advisors and clients alike and this is no more the case than in and around the capital,” Andrew McGlone, chief executive at Quilter Cheviot, said.
